Description
Michael Nuzzo
USA
These photographs depict the area where I grew up and am confined now in central Massachusetts. As a student that graduated just months prior to the pandemic, my life has dramatically screeched to a halt as I await businesses to begin hiring again. During this upended transition from student to working life, an intrinsically lonely and fraught experience, I am finding myself more disconnected from community than ever. These photographs represent the loneliness of domestic life.
This photograph is a long exposure of the street outside my apartment at approximately 2 in the morning.
