What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We only offer courier delivery for the safest possible transport of your artwork. You will see our options when you finish your order.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes. We ship the prints internationally with an approved courier.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Please allow for 3 weeks from when the order is received.
Can I pick up my artwork?
Yes. Please email us at tom@opendoors.gallery to arrange pick-up in London.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept bank transfers and card payments through PayPal. An account only takes a minute to set up and payments are quick and secure.
ORDERS AND RETURNS
How Can I Return a Product?
All editions have a 30 day return policy. If the print is damaged upon arrival, please return the print and we will provide a new edition.
How do I place an Order?
Buying art on our site is easy:
- Add your chosen artwork to your shopping cart.
- Click on the “View your basket”-button or the shopping cart icon in the top right corner to see the contents.
- Click Proceed to checkout and enter the relevant information.
- Choose your preferred payment option and once we have received the payment you will receive an email receipt and we will start the print and shipping process.
