I chose to participate in Open Doors HOME competition with a selection of images photographed inside my house in Rome plus an image taken inside a hotel room during one of my trips. During this quarantine the rational part of my mind tried to explore the surrounding space, delimited by the domestic walls; but other unconscious part was often outside
the walls, through memories and imagination. For this reason, the choice to add an image that visually told that imaginary and that feeling of hope.
