Description
Jeremy Snell is a cinematographer and humanitarian photographer. Though originally from Hawaii, he spent much of his youth living throughout Asia. He has photographed numerous campaigns for NGO’s such as charity:water and The International Justice Mission to help bring an end to the world water crisis and modern day slavery. Beyond his humanitarian work, he has also shot global campaigns for brands such as Apple, Facebook, WWF and Unicef. Jeremy Snell was a finalist and Jurors pick, LensCulture Portrait Award 2020. He currently resides in Brooklyn, NY.
Sahel series
Jeremy Snell‘s series Sahel follows the lives of Fulani nomadic tribes living on the fringe of the Saharan desert in West Africa. A region where sustained high temperatures damage crops and make searching for food and water incredibly difficult.
