Being inside during lockdown can be challenging in many ways for a photographer. But one learns that working with the available light of your home can also spark creativity and new ideas.
After 6 pm, a beautiful sun ray of light comes trough our flat in Edinburgh and creates the most amazing warm and cinematic light. The lockdown creates either enclosure, anxiety and claustrophobia as it opens a new world of details, colours and textures that change the way we see our spaces.
Lockdown Evenings documents how the dusk hours pass for my and my partner, focusing on the ordinary and mundane elements that become so important during this time.
