Kumbh Mela

The Kumbh Mela is a Hindu pilgrimage that attracts 100+ million people to central India to bathe in the Ganges River. It is the largest human gathering on earth. This series beautifully captures this ancient and sacred tradition. Along with Kamalan, a cultural agency that curates immersive journeys, Jeremy and his team travelled through Delhi, Agra, Lucknow, Allahabad, and Varanasi, capturing unique experiences along the way. Jeremy Snell brings his distinct perspective and style to the images he captures of this remarkable festival of faith. This journey is a combination of his love for Indian culture, and his spirit for adventure and discovery.
